2 bedroom house, with garage and fenced yard.

its certainly not the nicest house ive lived in (actually its pretty shitty), but its cheap to heat in the winter (especially when the landlord is nice and fills the propane tank once in a while) and super cheap to rent.

water is like $20, and power is like 30-40 in the winter and 60-70 in the summer when i run the AC all day.

but it is in south dakota ;(
