wow jesus most of you guys have it easy, must be nice to live that cheaply... I have a 1bd/1bth aparment ~ 1100 Sq ft... 950/month + utilities (cable, electric, water, phone, trash pickup, etc..) SWFL is fuggin expensive to live in...

Median home sales price is 475k and was 550k last year at this time.

well that's 2600 total, 4 bedrooms with 5 roomates. It's about 615 for my room and i get my own bathroom and patio.

Rent is $669 per month + utilites in St. Pete. I was paying $1100 + utilities for the same size apartment in Maryland. FL > MD

well im not older enoff to leave my house but my mom pays 1200 for 2beds and 1 bath, shitty place, abspestus (sp) all over the basement...gas and heat included...i hate this place.. NJ for you
