How much $ for deadening?

What about having someone do it for me though?
I would fck this up way to bad if I did it myself.
It is going to be expensive. Labor alone will be well over $100. To install it yourself all you do is remove the panels, clean the surface with a cleaner, then lay it down and roll it on. It's real easy, and extremely hard to F up.

Even if I know absolutely nothing about wiring or speaker install?

And I mean ABSOLUTELY nothing lol...

if all you are doing is sound deadening, you really don't have to unhook wires, unless they are on your seat, then just put a tape label on it to remember what it is.....

You'll get ***** at a shop....

you can take them out, but just put a tape label to remember which color goes to which side.... not difficult at all...

lets put it this way, a local shop wanted to charge my friend $400 for an amp, Head Unit, and Speaker install... Shops usually charge out the butt for labor.

Save a couple hundred dollars, and improve your system. Just takes a little patience, and an attitude willing to experiment..

Oh I'm more then willing to try it but I would rather spend a little more money and have my system sound outstanding then to do a shitty job myself.

What about RAMMmat?

U can get Dynamat extreme bullk pack for $141 online this stuff is awsome. I never used or seen the other stuff but im sure its just as good but from experience I like dynamat. Im still gonna install more dynamat in my car when it comes in. But go with what u can find and the cheapest. Good Luck!!!!!!

Scary advise. Not all deadening is created equal.

Anyways; Raammat is an excellent product, and Rick (the owner) is one hell of a good guy. I've used the Raammat, and it's honestly one of my favorite deadeners so far. If it wasn't for the fact I found a great deal on some Second Skin from a good guy (//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/yumyum.gif.0556df42231b304b9c995aefd13928a8.gif ), I would have picked up more Raammat instead.

I did my trunk with fatmat, with no experience at all and it came out fine... It's really easy man, and the only hard part about doing your doors would be getting the panel off which isn't hard either. Just look up what your door panels use to stay on, ussually they just snap off after unscrewing a couple screws.
