how much for CMX xovers?

im in need of some new xovers and i found somebody who may be willing to part them out. he told me to make an offer though, and i have absolutley no clue how much theyre worth. i have a general idea of how much a used set of CMXs cost (~200 shipped on here), but i dont know how that would be split up between the 3 components. any ideas guys? also is there any difference between the CMX Xovers and the CMX kick Xovers?
