0 or 2 guage might be a lot easier to find.

yey its orlly cheap wire too, not trully 0 gauge wiring. Trust me go to knukoncepts, i have seen a thicker wire in my life then the one that they sell.. thats true 0 gauges

So what if it's not "actual" 1/0 gauge?

If it specs out to the amperage of the load you have, go for it...I bought my 2awg welding cable off Ebay for a hell of a good deal. I don't care that it's not "all the way to 1/ott", because I didn't need the extra current capacity.

yeah i just bought me 1 gauge of 20 feet of wires and got it for 20 bucks on ebay!! so i am not currently looking for 1 gauge wire now.
