How much does these cost?

i paid $ 600 shipped for a 2008 BNIB dd9515G standard dust cap

i paid $700 shipped for a 2008 BNIB dd9515G Carbon finer dust cap

pricing is less than that on your models

but i do not know how much

well it looks better

the carbon fiber cap is stronger than the standard

are you looking for a 15"

i might sell you mine if you wish

do you think it could handle a m3 in the right box?

with a driver that cost so much

i would have to tell you that runniing more than rms you can blow it if you feed it more

they say 1500 rms daily and 5000 on burps

i have powered my CF 9515G with a maxximus 1 channel on each coil at 1 ohm

that amp is rated at 5000 x 2 @ 1

so i overpowered mine for daily never botoomed out never smelled burning coil

2500 rms daily is a safe place to be with that woofer

can perform on less

can take more

but it is risky to feed more

i've just heard that these are extremely underated, especially in the right enclosure

well i gave mine an amp rated at 10k watts on a single driver without issue

net 3 ft

at 35 hertz

granted the hifonics draws 1000 amps of current

so even if i was making 50% power that is still 5k watts on a single sub

I saw someone last night was selling a frankenstein 9500 (G+F parts iirc) for less than $300 on the for sale section.

I personally would not pay $600-700 for one new. That's outrageous, their name brand recognition is getting a bit expensive these days. Ive actually considered a 9500 too... but Id either buy used, or just get an HDC3 instead.
