how much better would a rd hw be than my hdc3

someone local around me is selling his rd hw and wants to go to something with less power i was thinking of trading him my audioque hdc3 and some cash for it. how much of an upgrade do you think it would be? i woud be giving the rd about 3500 watts. i was giving the audioque about 2500
