how much 1/0 ga wire roughly should i get if i want to do the big 3 on a 2001 cavalier? and has anyone here done the b 3 on a cavalier??

Probably around 10 feet or so, just to be safe. It will probably be less, but it depends on how spread out your alt, battery, and ground are.
