Not sure how many amps are drawn when you are charging (if any).. so I'm not sure how to tell you... As long as your voltage is over 12 then you are charging the batts...

it will charge the batts, the more batts the longer it will take to charge them though

right now i have the stock one up front and a kinetick 1800 in the back. i will be adding another 1800 soon, will i be ok?

2 shouldn't be a problem unless your alt's struggling as it is.

If the batteries aren't deeply discharged, it can keep the float on a ton of batteries. Figure 1A or less each for the float. That is current not otherwise available for the system.
