LOL
3+ layers?
3 full layers on the outside skin, two layers on the inside, 1/4" Lexan over the big holes...

and I think I'm going to pick up some of that Cascade gasketing foam to go on the back of the plastic panel, I'm getting a nasty rattle on upper kettle drums that I think is coming from the plastic.

Adding another 50 lbs to the car? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Hell, I need to build a bigger sub box, if only for the weight benefits...200lbs right over the rear axle would help me out a ton in the winter //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
