I think some of the songs on E-40's new CD has notes that low without chopping it. Otherwise look for Young Jeezy, Gucci Mane and Juicy J and that kind of stuff. Xzibit's Ram Part Division goes pretty deep.

Or if you want techno then look for Diesel Boy or Underworld's "River of Bass"
