u can make a dispute that way they hold the transaction until the buyer/seller responds

at the most 3 days then file a claim, some people put off going to the shipping store give 11 days total and then file a claim and if you recive the item after fileing the claim do the rite thing and return the money or drop the claim

well the seller has been nice and has responded to my messages, so i guess ill wait a couple more days to file, if i dont recieve anything. and i am really anxious to get what i bought.

the first time i emailed them which was last week, they told me i would get it between 7-10 days. and i emailed them today, and still waiting on a response.
