I like this idea. Women love jewelry so she gets an expensive ring for the wedding, and in return I should get some expensive audio stuff or something, lol.

My buddy tried that. She wasn't content with the limit ($1500). She wanted him to take out a loan for the ring. He proceeded to loan her the umbrella to leave his apartment. He was kind enough to waste his own gas money to drive her belongings back to her parents place the following day lol. As for me, it'll be a while, but I'm soaking up the thoughts in this thread.
