How I keep my rear view mirror from falling down?

duct tape it to your windshield.

Thanks guys, my problem was not that it was comming off the windshield but talling down due to the swivel part. I am going to take your advice and put the mirrior exactly were I want it and super glue the swivel. I will see if that should fix my problem

 
buy a cheap after market one. they have a plastic base and although they do seem to flex ALOT more they flex at the base not the joint. the plastic joint does not move as smooth as the factory mirror and now when i shut the system down it is right where it started.
