How does this sound?

Doing a car audio build, how does this sound for a system? And to clear things up, a sound processor can crossover the speakers before amping them, correct? So I can narrow down to a set of frequencies and then send them to amp to amplify then send to the speakers? Going on that idea, here is my sytem:

Speakers-

Midbass:

Dayton Audio RS180-4 7" Reference Woofer 4 Ohm 295-374

Midrange:

FaitalPRO 4FE32 4" Neodymium Professional Woofer 4 Ohm 294-1120

Tweeter:

Image Dynamics XS28 (XS-28) 1" XS Series Silk Dome Tweeter

Subwoofer:

Dayton Audio UM10-22 10" Ultimax DVC Subwoofer 2 ohms Per Co 295-510

Amps-

Midbass&Tweeter Amp:(just because I already own one)

SSA Store - Sundown Audio SAX-125.4 Amplifier

Midrange:

PRIME Amplifiers - R250X4 - Rockford Fosgate®

Subwoofer:

Alpine Electronics of America, Inc.

Sound Processor:

3SIXTY Digital Processors - 3SIXTY.3 - Rockford Fosgate®

Would this setup work and sound really good doing it? Right now I just have a 2 way system(the tweeters, sax 125 and the Dayton 7" and was wondering if this would make it sound a lot better)

Any suggestions would be welcome and thanks for helping!

y don't you use the Prime to power the Midrange and tweets then use the SSA to either bridge a 2ohm midbass to 4ohm or get two sets of 4ohm so u get more power to ur midbass and put them in the rear, i think what u have would sound great, lots of power, hope u have an alternator and batter to support ur wattage, also i am assuming u r looking for more SQ than SPL?

I was only originally powering the midbass and tweeters with the same amp because they are about 100w RMS each and that thing puts out 125w a channel so it would fit up nicely. Also with the extra 2 channels on the prime amp I have 2 rear fill 6.5 coaxial I was planning on powering with that instead of the head unit. And yes, I am going for SQ, not SPL. Is there anything you recommend changing, any amps you prefer, any different speakers? Also, the 7 inch midbass is in the front and only 2 of them because I have 2 8" door speaker holes in my car so it fits nicely. Thanks for the help.
