How does this setup sound?

I'm upgrading this spring from two 12" sony xplod's and I was wondering what you think of this setup. Its nothing crazy i just want a decent, balanced system. Here's what I have in mind:

Head Unit: Kenwood EZ-500

Subwoofer: Kicker CVR10-4

Amp: Profile AP700M

I'm also adding some cheap Panasonic 5 1/4's and I can get this all for under $400. Is this respectable and is it a good value for my money. You think it will work well together? BTW its all from Ikesound.com. Thanks in advance.
