Those amps are fine, but you posted the link for the 1200.1 under the 6x9s too. If you can, try using 6.5in speakers over 6x9s. Round speakers offer less distortion over the equivalent oval speakers.

That'll make them fit, you could always make your own too. As for those speakers, I've never heard any Excelon speakers so I can't comment. I would be willing to bet their specs have been fudged a bit though. I haven't heard of a 6x9 coaxial speaker that really played down to 25hz, 45~50hz is more likely.

Kenwood makes some very decent speakers. You should be happy with them.

25hz?.... possibly if they quote it -20dB haha! -- it would need like a 12hz fs and I somehow doubt that...

I did hear those and didn't like them -- I don't know about the excelons though...

If you are after loud -- and good bass w/o a subwoofer the 6x9s surely will be fine... If you are after sound quality I suggest spending about $300 on some front 6-7" component sets and get some cheap rear fill speakers...

For cheap *** good sounding 6.5's check out some JVC CS-HX622

I would recommend Infinity 62.5i speakers. For the price, they will perform great.

+~$90 for a pair of xovers with some corners cut to save money -- but not that many....

The upside they are clean as hell... blow anything else away even near the price in terms of resolution...

the downside they won't get quite as loud as others in the same price range... should be loud enough though...

5.25 components will fit in 5x7 holes. Look into those.
