How does the Sa-12 rank?

I'm trying to get a feel for what Sundown can do. I've read some reviews, but some seem too good to be true? The amp is a Bxi2607d. I want to know which has the most spl ported?

4 RSdC 12's. I owned RSdC's. They get loud off little power. Pretty efficient.

I was running two 10" RSdC's off a jbl gto1201.ii so about 1200watts rms to the pair. Now I got 4k rms to two custom 12's. These 12's are louder then the 10's but I thought it was going to be way louder. I was surprised how loud those 10's got compared to my current system. Like my current system with like 4x the power and more cone area isn't way louder then the two 10's setup. I hit 146.3db with the two 10's on a 49hz tone. Box was 1.62 tuned to 40hz. Now I hope I could get into the 150's. I have no clue tho. I just hit the lows better and move more air now. More wattage doesn't really have a big difference like I thought it would. It's all in the box. I might make a box tuned to 40hz to see if I get way louder like I thought it was gonna be.
