so getting EXACTLY .7 is gonna depend on what the specific coils read.

My 3 subs with D1 coils rest at .6ohm and all 3 wired in series parallel gave me .4ohm DCR at the amp.

you would get more powa outta .7ohm load but its safer to try and stay at 1ohm or better. Most amps are unstable under 1ohm esp. without the proper electrical.

This is what my DCR is right at the terminals with all subs wired up.

Exactly...

.67-.7ohm DCR. The amp will only see its a 1ohm nominal load. Not .5ohm or .67ohm.
