How do you wire a second battery?

I have one up front obviously. Its primary job is to running my air ride suspension. I wan to add a second in the bed of the truck. Do I wire it just like a capicator or does it need to be wired different.?

Wire it just like a capacitor...except you might want to run seperate positive/negative connections just to make sure.

wire it basically like you would an amp, except fuse at both ends of the power cable. positive under hood, to positive to trunk battery, and then ground the battery

some use a regulator and some don't.

make sure your using the same batt as under the hood if you dont already know that.
