Go to image shack and click browse, or enter the file location.If it needs to be downsized select the size you want it downsized to and check the box.Then click upload, then it'll bring you to a page with a bunch of URL's, go to the very bottom one labeled "direct link to image", right click and copy that.Conme here, go to "go advanced" and click the little image button, ctrl + v into that box, hit ok.Repeat as needed.Click "submit reply"
