its not looking to good for me replacing my L7s with something that takes a smaller box b/c of financial issues. so now im thinking of the possibility of glassing up an enclosure for them. the problem is that it will have to be a very odd shape. and i have no idea how to port something like this. heres a cheap *** paint drawing i made of my trunk. the part on the side of the trunk will be molded to the trunk (duh) instead of straight lines like i drew. and i figured id need that extra bit up at the end of the trunk to reach the volume i need. could i use aero ports for this kinda setup? if so, how does tuning work with them?

also, mounting the amps might be an issue too. i could put one right at the entrance of the trunk in a sortof false floor, but i dont want to put the other one after that because it will be too far into the trunk and just be a pain. i was gonna mount it on the trunk lid but everyones saying it will over heat. i could mount it upright on the lid, but that may just be too much work and likely will take up too much space.

I prefer packing peanuts though; it's not as messy.
How is water messy? You take it outside and fill her up and dump her out. Packing peanuts get everywhere and static holds them to everything. If you have cats or young children, they get even more crazy! Packing peanuts are the bane of my existence.
