How do you get box cutout dimensions?

I'd like to make a sealed box 33 inches width, 16 inches height and 22 inches depth EXTERNAL dimensions with .75 MDF.

Is there any method or tricks or tips someone can share about knowing what size the 6 pieces of wood need to be so iI can have the guy at home Depot cut them?

Thinking about it just makes my head hurt.
