How do these two subs match up?

hmmm i would say that both are sql and spl subs not sq subs but i have the t1s and i know thay can take power!! i'm pushing my subs 750watts each about and if you are short on space then the t1s would be my pick thay only need 1.25cuft sealed and 1.75 to 2.50 cuft ported

I have never owned or heard a RF t1. However the L7/L5 (either one) IMO could not be classified as SQL. I consider the XXX and EDa SQL subs and have owned both, although I have never owned an L7 or L5 alot of my buddies have had them..(this is a big kicker area, the only stereo shop around with a decent rep. is prodominately

even consider them in the same league as my EDa or XXX or even my old S12D solo setup for that matter in the SQ department. I ran my S12d's sealed, my XXX sealed and ported and my EDa sealed and ported. I have heard the L7 and L5 both sealed and ported in different buddies setups and could not classify them as SQL subs. Remember all this is my opinion.......and you know what they say about opinions...

L5's can be had cheaper and IMO can get louder. Don't get me wrong I'm sure the T1's get loud, but for the price of them I wouldn't do it. You could almost get a pair of L5's for the same price as a single Power T1
