How do re re's sound?

Are they good for sq and lows? i was going to run 4 on about 900-1000 rms. I ran 3 of them in a large ported box at 44hz and did a 146 with 1200 watts, but of course they sounded like ***. Mighty cheap as well

Mine sounds "good enough" ... In only 1 cube and tuned to 40hz it doesn't get that low, but can still reproduce most songs decently. I think 4 would be fun on 900 watts but don't expect to win an SQ comps but they would (depending on box) be decent enough for daily as my one on 400 watts is.

**** i had an amp rated at 300 rms at 4 ohm and it blew the cones off two sealed.
