How do I wire this to play?

I have two of this subwoofer and it says dual 4ohm.

And this is the amp that my brother gave me to put on this, but i do not know how to wire this. Do i put a set of wires to each of the coils thingys?

So if I wire the subwoofers to four ohms and bridge them on each channel will they be eight ohms or 4 ohms and will the amp play that?

Sorry to say I still do not understand, my brother said to hook one side of the subwoofer up to each channel on the amp is this right?

from what this thing says about wiring i guess this amp will not play my sub woofers. each channel can run at eight ohms or at two ohms but will this amp run at that? It says four ohms bridges, my God why is this so confusing
