How do I wire a 4 ch amp to run only my front speakers? I want to bridge the amp for more output and leave the rear speakers hooked up to the HU.

I have a rockford 301x amp.

im going to say no. but it has a set of RCA that says PASS THRU. that is seperate from the front and the rear RCA.

I would suggest, splitting your front rca's pre-outs. Left into the front channels and right into the rear channels. Then just connect the comps bridged (left comps on front channels and right comps on rear channels).

Im confused about something. the RCA coming from the HU. is that just a pair coming from the FRONT channel? then gets split with Y connecters at the amp?
