the bank will give you a temporary refund. its money you can spend. then they will investigate and in about 2 months they will tell you if you keep the money or they take it back. if they take it back its only because the company have proof that you recieved your order (you signed for it) or you got a return.

this does work with a debt card. i have had to do it twice. just dont tell them it was a "fraudulent" charge. they might turn off your card and send you a new one.

Thats is exactly what i did. No Luck. after i order they said they will email me my recept and order number...but never did...Beside my card is visa
