how do i sue a company online?

i ordered an amp off ebay and they did not send me any info to weather they sent it or any type of tracking, i was just about to ask them if they send out tacking and the fedex guy rang the door bell. i say give them a couple of days and see what happens.

 
ITs been a week and no item nor email. that fuking fraud company finally call me about canceling my order after i email them that i reported a fraud claim to my bank about them running away with my money. they claim that i give them the wrong email..thats why i didnt recieved any email about my order status. People who are planing to buy it from them on ebay..beware..their nickname is sonomaxaudio.

I was wondering if there's a way i can get my money back from a company i order online? Here's the problem..i order a hu online at http://www.dealercostcaraudio.com/kdc-x991.aspx Call the company and ask if they first have it instock..(because everywhere i look its out of stock). They say that they do and if i order it they will shipped it the same day. Well its has been 3 days and i havent recieved any email about my order status, tracking number, or reciept of my order. I call them and they said their manager is the only guy whom i can talk to about my order, which ihe s not here..so i have to call it back later... 4 hours i call them back and the same dude answered..did the same thing to me again.. I then ask for a refund and he also say his manager is the main guy to talking too. (they don't have the option to do that...wtf) they only takes orders. So that really piss me off, im asking if anyhow i can get my money back..or am i screw..? i think the site is a fraud..or else they just try to take your money. So for those of you who are planning to order from this website beware..because they are going to rip you off.
If you file a lawsuit, the most you will compensated for is the MSRP of the HU

(299.99)

And a lawyer ( a good one) takes about $200 an hour

WHy would i give them the wrong email...i email them several times..(they shouldve gotton my email)...but they never response back until i told them in the third email..that im going to file a fraud claim on them.. they didnt send it out, have it in stock and they were trying to rip me off.

that company has about 6k worth of sales. Statisacly speaking, your in that 7.48 % of sales that goes wrong.

Being as you bought it off ebay, you can file a dispute with them and go that route. and yea $400 for that from a off dealer? you got screwed from day one.

 
Report both the site and the ebay store to the BBB.com as well as leave feedback with your experience at the review site linked below so other consumers dont get *****.

You are not their only customer and since they want to make it right, find the lowest price for the HU you bought from them and tell them to match or beat the price you find and give you free shipping...
