How do I "lock" my computer?

After it's been sitting with no use for a certain amount of time? I have Window's XP if that matters...

right click on the desktop, go to properties. then go to screen saver. set screen saver to w/e amount of minutes you want. along with it set a password. when done, after your idle time is up it'll hit screen saver and force you to input the proper password.
