you sturrin at me brah?
i've got my front doors ripped apart right now, and i've encountered a bit of an obstacle. i was planning to run my 12 gauge speaker wire through the little rubber deal all the factory door wiring runs through, but when i took that apart, which was a *****, i find it has all these little holes for individual 16ish gauge wires. only way i can see getting my speaker wire through there is by taking the whole door off, which i'm not doing to do.

its a 98 explorer with a completely factory "mach premium" stereo. i'm thinking it would be a lot easier to just use the factory wires, but they go to the amp in the back. whats the easiest way to access the factory amp?

also, these doors look like they'll be a ***** to seal up and deaden, can anyone link me to a worklog or something of someone doing a nice component install in an explorer? i know tons of you guys run nice front stages in explorers, help me out here.

mother****er!!! thats just awesome that ford put more than one wire with the exact same color and stripe combination in the same harness, because i didnt like having power mirrors that worked.
