How do I fix this?

Figured out what was making the annoying rattling sound and it turns out the wires are rubbing on my cone. So I taped the ends of them down with electrical tape and it fixed it temporarly. The tape doesnt hold long enough and at higher volumes it still rubs. So how do i fix this temporarly and perminatly? These pictures might help.

FYI, Hobby Lobby sells CA glue and felt if I remember right.

Not sure. I'll try. Anything I can use to put on the felt before I leave and try to turn them?

just use thicker felt. like 1/8 thick dense felt. also RE audio puts felt on all of there cones to prevent this problem
