How Do I Change This Tuning?

I wanna make this box that MoeLester designed... But it's at 30 Hz... I wanna take it up to 35 Hz... I can't remember if it is taking an inch off or adding an inch to the port that raises the tuning 1 Hz... And I also didn't know if that works with a (snailshell?) port like this one... Someone please let me know... Thanks...

Depends on all the ported box parameters minus port lenght therefore it changes how much length you need to change before the tuning changes by a hertz. What you would have to do is decrease the net volume of the box with all other variables unchanged.
