how do i back-up DVDs that are on my hard drive

hey i have batman begins on my computer. its in a folder named BATMAN_BEGINS and inside are the .IFO files and .VOB files. if i ever want to make another copy of the movie how should i do it? using nero? i just tried using dvdshrink.. i opened the files.. but when i cliccced bacc up it started encoding again so i cancelled. isnt the movie already encoded to my computer???
