I don't really know about how that would work for a burp, I missed that we were talking about burps. But anything's possible, I know I gain a little with front windows down about half way on music.

Enclosure design and testing different enclosure setups would be the least expensive I would say and would have a pretty big effect...along with some deadening etc.

keeping with the same equipment only way you will get louder is with a better box THEN build to the specifications to the org you are in. Some cars get louder with sound deadening some lose a few tenths with sound deadening. also Its a good idea to know what is legal and illegal in your class
