how can a brand new orion h2 blow at 1200 watts?!?!

I have 1650w goin to my XXX, i have gain 1/4 of the way on and bass boost is all the way up, what should i turn my gain to in order for me to not use bass boost ?

also, could some of you tell me some other companies that are made in china, and other countries like that,

Zapco, Tru, US Amps (until recently I believe), Linear Power (may be out of business), Arc Audio maybe? That's all I can think of off hand.
