horrible noise coming from subs

well i have a dsc2000.1 voltage in park with lights on full tilt doesnt drop below 13.5. anyways the amp was just installed and powered up last sat. ever since then ive been getting this super high pitched noise thru the subs...sounds almost like morse code being done...it is not alt or engine noise...ive redone the grounds, power and moved the RCA's and also threw some loom on the RCA's just to make sure...nothing i do is helping...even with the gain turned all the way down i still hav this problem...amp was bought last month and the seller took for ever to get it to me...just trying to figure out whats going on before i contact him about it...

honestly dont think its the RCA's...same everything as b4 and all i did was swap subs and mono amp...every single thing is the same...and i have zero noise anywhere else

actually dont have another amp and i dont know any1 with another amp to even use to test it...i PMed the seller so maybe he will just buy it back...im sure its the amp...its been acting weird since day 1...even the red light on top of the amp worked for like 3 minutes then went out...which isnt anything big but still one more thing going wrong and i waited a month to get this amp
