Alot of people put horns on the outside of their car for highs. Not all are just a bunch of morons.

Ho Problems has a couple Selenium horns under his truck, Frankie Rio is doing his new build and hes going to have 36 Selenium horns under his Expo.

Niggers around here do that. I usually see 3 or 4 walmart tweeters (the ones with the swivel mounts so you can angle them) pointed out the window when a caprice drives by. I know a guy that has 16 tweeters. I ask random blacks why and they say its so you can hear them when dey be ridin

get some marine grade speakers and duct tape them to the roof.

I have 2 6x9 boxes that I hook up to my amp and use those as an outdoor boom box during the fireworks show. It is nice to use but only when parked and when not annoying others. Horns and tweeter outside the car and blasting crap and stoplights are why we end up with laws against loud cars. Turn it down at night too.
