Allright i installed my system and several of my friends systems but this is my first time installing a second amp up to a system. I have a kicker comp vr hooked up to an MTX 2400 amp (425 watts @ 2 ohms). it soudns great and im looking forward to getting another sub and from other recomendations i am goin to get another MTX 2400 amp. i know how to hook up most of the amp but i am confused as to how to hook up the second battery lead. so i just hook it up right over the other battery lead on the actual battery or is there some way i should like hook them together at the actual amp... or is my only choice to get another battery which i would prefer if possible not to do...

Thanks for your help

ROB

all you ahve to do is get yourself a distribution block you simply cut the power you ahve on the battery now and attach the block to the end then you connect two wires onto the block to go to each of the amps.
