Nice first setup. However unlike most of you r-tards, I didn't start out shitty (mostly luck, because i knew nothing about audio when I started). First setup was 2 Memphis MClass 12s and a Memphis 500D with Pioneer DEH-P4500MP HU and Stinger HPM wiring. Your brother's new gear still beats me though.
If you're looking for more output, and you have to mess with the box anyway, I say go ported now. 2.5 cubes at 30 Hz should get sufficiently louder and sound pretty **** nice too. Especially since you're giving it less than optimum power. Then spend the $1-something a foot on some Knukonceptz 4 gauge.
