hookin up extra batteries

ok this is the thing, I know how to install like amps and subs but the thing is for my car ... i want to get a solo x 12" and iw as wanting to put in like ... 2 extra yellow top batteries and a 3 farad capacitator ... but i have absolutely NO clue how to install extra batteries ... is there a website with like the way to wire everything or something? ... thanks a lot
