Honda-specific Android head unit install in a Toyota

Hi,
I bought an Android head unit for my Honda Civic. Before I ever installed it, I sold it and picked up a 2011 Corolla. The head unit is Honda-specific. Has the adapter port shape for a Honda. Can I install this in my Corolla? Do they make a Honda to Toyota adapter? I need a female Toyota to male Honda adapter. Does that exist or do i have to do all the wiring myself?

Does the wiring have the ISO colors? If yes, then just clip off the plastic end and wire in a Corolla radio harness adapter.

Youll need a Honda Civic reverse radio wiring harness and 20 toyota radio wiring harness ...match colors of wires and shes ready to go ....probably run about $25 for noth harnese
