That might be the most overstated comment of the day. There are FAR more complicated cars than honda's. I would say Honda's are generally easier than most cars out there.

I'm sure there are more complicated cars out there, and the newer makes are becoming less and less, "install-friendly." I guess it's all realitive to what you define as, "complicated." This is clearly evident throughout the span of this thread. It's all down to personal knowledge and experience.

Does the dome light still work with the door?

98s required the factory head to remain connected but shoved behind the dash..

That problem actually got fixed for the '98 models.

'96-97 were the problem child civic's. I know this because I had a '98.
