I am getting ready to install a FI BL on a Sundown 1500 in the wife's Honda civic and wanted to get some box ideas..

Her car is a

Honda

Civic

1997

EX

Trunk

If you know the size of your box the ma you can fit in there would be great as well, I know her 2 12"s was a pain to get in there and they are sealed Pioneer 12"s.. lol

Id try subs back ports side

Or Subs forward port side, but subs back will sound a bit better.

Just dont make the box big that it cuts off some air flow....i think the biggest i could fit through the trunk was 13in, it has a 14in opening...that was a 95Civic 4dr though, dk if its diff.

I had to assemble the top of the box once it was inside the trunk for my 15" Mag. The box was 16" tall iirc. In a 99' Civic EX coupe

heres mine 98 civic lx 4 door 2 door i think is a little smaller not sure though

this one is 5 cubes at 35hz

this one is 4.1 cubes at 40-42hz

i plan on doing another one like 3.5 at 40 but if i were you i would do like 3.75-4.0 cubes at 35 should easily get it in the trunk if not try a wedge box looks easy to build its on thumpers page over on ssa.com

hmmm becase there is no arm rest in this car.. lol

the civic doesnt need just put sub and port forward if you dont have time to seal it off just duck tape everything around it and there you have it your sealed
