Home wiring quick question

I'm hooking up a compressor, 240v single phase. I know how to do it and all that, so that I'm not worried about.

However, since I don't have the experience, I don't know what size wire I need.

The motor is labeled at 15amps, and there's going to be 90 feet of 3 conductor wire to get to the breaker box.

What gauge should I get for this to make sure I give it enough juice?

I can't help you, but you can't have too big of wire.

use this stuff. you could probably get by with 14 but go with 12, iirc it's in a yellow jacket.

Actually the type SJ is in a black rubber jacket.

I would say 10/3 but thats just me. You prob could get by with 12/3 also but to be safe id stick with 10
