Right now I have this 10" Type R hooked up in a Logitech z-5500 box to replace the stock sub I blew all to pieces, getting about 250-300w. Looking for a T-Line enclosure:yumyum: with cut sheet by tomorrow around 1-2PM Est simply because I will be home by then and have the tools to build the box (Currently at college so time is limited:furious://content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif) Tuned to 20ish and space is not a problem. I have a decent table saw and router so please put that into your design process. I PM'd another user about this but due to the short notice I am willing to fork over some cash. Going to be using 3/4 MDF. Any questions let me know! Pm me your ideas/price, THANKS! Sry again for the short notice, you guys are awsome //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif:veryhapp:

Well, before someone else says it, are you looking for a Quarter Wave? Because a true tline is a monster (Read: infinite length). Even still, a 20hz QW is 14+ ft. of line. What are your max dimensions? Or just a rough idea of how big, tall, wide, deep, etc. you want the thing.

Was thinking quarterwave, really open to ideas at this point, time crunch sucks. Space is not an option, I got about 2' by 2' by 6' tall so hit me with some ideas, also, anyone who is interested 989-802-1262 text me your ideas and I am sure we can figure something out ^_^ Thanks for the reply!

Update time! After about 30 minutes of math, help from TaylorFade, a 45min trip to home depot, handful of tools and a 4x8 sheet of birch, the finished product has arrived.

This was the math I had figured out after about 30min, ran into a snafu half way through the build when I realized a 4x8' sheet cant be cut in half to have two 58" pieces, so a 10" compromise was made, luckily the 10" modification only changed the tuning by about 1-2hz so its around the 34-35hz range.

Forgot to mention that from the drawing below, we actually tilted the center divider about 2" so the magnet would fit.

Wood glue for all the joints, screws every six inches and silicone to fix leaks. BTW routers are the ****ing shit!

1/4" router on all corners on the outside of the box as well as around the center wall and port opening, sanded flush too because birch is a *****.

Not fully done quite yet, thinking of a really dark stain or straight black paint to cover it. Yes that is a logitech z5500 plate amp....(which died after about 25min of play.....fml)

If anyone is interested in more pics I will be glad to take more just ask me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Enjoy!
