MTX makes crappy home theater speakers.

How about a $1,500 Boston Acoustics complete setup on a closeout for $199?

I have a JVC TH-M606 / TH-M603 5.1 1000w sytem running through my Hitachi 57T600. Very nice. Haven't been to the movie theatre in over a year and a half.

looks nice..but whats this mean??

After listening to the last Boston stuff I had, I'd buy this in a hearbeat if I was in the market for something like this.

ok dvd is turning into the next vhs so i wouldnt invest alot in one

next gen is out hd-dvd and blu ray players

if you got a 360 you can get the add on hd dvd player for 189 comes with remote and king kong hd-dvd

or if you can find a ps3 you can use its built in blu ray disc player

the jump from dvd to to either of the hd formats is big in both pq in sound quality

also heres some links of some good speakers and the hd-dvd ad on and standalone and blu ray player

if you want to wait 2-3 weeks the second generation hd-dvd player will be out by then also
