Home Theater electronic crossover MTX HTX-V2

I'm looking at this MTX home theater electronic crossover that basically is a car unit with a DC power supply adapter.

It does not look amazing, but for $29 it may just do the job. Anything way better that accepts RCA's (rather than or in addition to balanced inputs) and costs under $200?
