Home speakers for your car?

I disagree, I have a friend with a old school dodge van in the 1970's that has a 27'' TV, hardwood flooring, toilet, sink, bed, stove and a set of house speakers even in the house box's. It even looks like a mini house in side...lol
thats awesome lol

Home subs and speakers were not made for the heat and humidity not to mention the cold that a car comes into contact with. They can basically get destroyed by just the temp and the weather.
Depends on the specific drivers in question. Some will not handle the environment well, others (and a lot of them) will have no problem at all.

do what you want...
I guess I won't be the one with a ****** rigged "system" looking like a fool. While you'r at it you can get a converter and slap that 27" TV you have sitting around in there too. Shit i think i have a kitchen sink just sitting around as well so i guess that is a good enough reason to throw it in a car. next will be the christmas lights and left over hardwood flooring...

i said you CAN do it but IMO you shouldn't, many will agree and many will disagree...
Have you ever attended any type of SQ competition? I think not.
