Home exercise equipment?

lol. That is very true.
Man, I didn't realize how expensive the Bowflex's were. I know they have intro lines, but the restance only goes to 210 lbs. Not much room for improvement.

That gym membership is looking much better now. May have to get a 24 hour membership.
i have a bowflex, and i'm incredibly happy with it. i don't lift to get huge though, just gain a little muscle mass and stay in shape. i'm a small guy(skinny anyway) i'm 6'3 and i weigh about 160. i work out on my bowflex at least 4 times a week and i have yet to be disappointed. One day i do arms/shoulders, then i do back/abs, then i do chest, then the last day i do legs. it comes with a book that has all the workouts for all your muscles illiustrated so you know what to do for what muscles, and if by chance you get past the 210lb limit, there's room for another 100lbs to be added on purchased seperately. the only thing i have against the bowflex is that it was expensive, but for someone like your wife who probably wouldn't want to do every workout with freeweights, i think it would be the way to go without have to worry about improperly lifting....

just my .02
